Here’s my story…

You might see me as outgoing and confident in my social media, but that wasn’t always the case. If you met me a few years ago I was the extremely shy girl that would be scared even going outside to get groceries.
Feeling uncomfortable in my skin, in the way I acted and was the biggest people pleaser.

I was wearing the biggest label of Introvert and used that as a barrier.
I hated feeling this way, so with time I learned to prioritize me and let go of those fears keeping me from being, well, me!
Creating a routine around movement, fueling my body and working on my mindset.
Putting myself out there and challenging myself in ways that scared me, but led me to being confident.

Today, i’m here as proof that if you prioritize yourself, challenge yourself and let go of that label of introvert- you too can be that confident person you crave.

I’m here to be your support system, your accountability and your mentor throughout your journey.
